Came across this fabulous list of resources from Gayla over at MomGadget talking about bartering online. In this economy, trading for things (many things: craft supplies, work projects, favors) can help everyone get by a little easier.
Sometimes we all just have "stuff" that we don't need anymore, that we can get rid of. Why not trade it for something you can use? We do this fairly often in the "geek world" where action figures, game pieces, books, etc. are traded for something else. I also do it with a set of dishes I collect. Now's the time to make your "stuff" work for you!
